Ammonia

Anhydrous Ammonia (NH3) is a colourless gas with a pungent smell. It is essential for many biological processes and it is part of the nitrogen cycle and can be produced from decomposition of organic matter. Anhydrous ammonia is an important chemical in the semiconductor industry, it is commonly used for deposition of silicon nitride which is deposited as a thin-film on the chips. Typical ammonia used by the application sector goes to display, semiconductor, LED and solar fabs manufacturing.
