About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and payroll systems.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve workplace issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR or related role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus.
