Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, Selangor.
Responsibilities
– Planning delivery timetables;
– Ensuring warehouse have enough stock;
– Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand;
– Overseeing the ordering and packaging process;
– Monitoring stock levels;
– Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination;
– Overseeing arrival of shipments if any;
– Responsible to report food safety related problems;
– Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance of Food Safety Management System (FSSC);
– To ensure that the established processes of ISO Management System are implemented and maintained including planning and conducting internal audits;
– To perform any additional task that assigned by Management as and when required.
– Follow special requirement from customer, Example On-semi, the cylinder/Tank must change Ace cylinder labelling before send to Customer.
Academic Requirements
– Diploma in any related courses.
Experience / Skill Requirement
– Minimum 3 years working experience in Supply Chain line or similar field;
– Ability to work in demanding multi discipline projects;
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
– Initiative, detail-oriented, independent and strong sense of urgency.
