1. Application: Suitable for industrial cleaning through dry ice blasting applications and for delivery that needed to last more than 2 days and above.
2. Order Type: 11kg block x 1 pack = 1 unit
3. For Larger Orders: Purchases exceeding 10 kg are considered bulk orders. 4. Order Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday, working days). For weekend orders, please contact our customer service team or salesperson directly.
5. Collection Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, working days)
6. Lead Time: 1 – 2 hours (subject to stock availability).
7. Collection Method: Self-collection at Ace Gases or third-party delivery self-arranged by the customer. For third-party delivery (e.g., Lalamove, Grab), customers must provide the order number to the driver upon pickup and share driver details with Ace Gases in advance. 8. Invoice Requirement: Designed for customers who do not require formal invoices or e-invoicing.
9. Recommendation: Purchase with a Styrofoam box to minimize sublimation during transit.
