Cylinders
At Ace Gases, we understand that industrial gas requirements vary greatly from customer to customer. That’s why we offer a range of packages tailored to your specific needs, based on your gas consumption, to enhance your safety and productivity.
We provide cylinder supplies for all essential gases, such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, and helium, which can be compressed into a cylinder at up to 300 bar pressure. To ensure maximum safety and reliability, we use only materials capable of withstanding these pressures.
Our portable and lightweight cylinders are made of steel or aluminium and are available in small to large volumes. We offer bundles of multiple cylinders connected with a manifold for a range of applications, including welding, cutting, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, medical, balloon, gas detection, laboratories, and others.
Pallets
Ace Gases offers palletized gas cylinder solutions designed for operations requiring higher gas volumes than individual cylinders can provide. Each pallet comprises 6 to 16 high-pressure cylinders, bundled securely to ensure stability and ease of transport. This configuration not only enhances safety during handling but also reduces the frequency of cylinder replacements, ensuring a more continuous gas supply. Ideal for industries such as shipbuilding and construction, our cylinder pallets are engineered to meet the demands of dynamic work environments.
Liquid Gas Container
For applications necessitating medium to large volumes of gas, Ace Gases supplies Liquid Gas Containers (LGC). These portable, super-insulated vacuum vessels are designed to store liquefied gases like nitrogen, oxygen, argon, and carbon dioxide at cryogenic temperatures. LGC serves as an efficient intermediate solution between individual cylinders and bulk storage systems, offering flexibility for various operational scales. Their design ensures minimal gas loss and consistent pressure, making them suitable for industries requiring a steady and reliable gas supply.
Drum Tanks
We also supply drum tanks, which can hold 400kg to 1500kg of product contents. Also known as tonne tanks, their size and capacity depend on the specific drum specifications and product density. They are commonly used to supply low to medium-pressure packaged gases, including ammonia, hydrogen chloride, sulfur dioxide, ethylene oxide, hydrocarbons, and refrigerants, such as R22, R134a, and R404A. Drum tanks are ideal for customers who require more gas than can be supplied via cylinders but are not enough for ISO tanks. They help minimize the need for cylinder handling during changeovers and site transport and reduce space requirements.
At Ace Gases, we take great pride in maintaining our cylinder assets, which are fully maintained, re-certified, and tested on-site at our designated facilities. We believe that regular maintenance and testing are crucial for ensuring the safety and reliability of our products.
To help you easily identify the gas content, each cylinder is labelled with appropriate information. The hazard property of the gas is also identified by the cylinder’s painted shoulder or top section.
