All delivery must be 1 day order in advance before 12pm.
Urgent requirement depend on stock availability.
Delivery to locations outside of the Klang Valley may experience delays, so we encourage customers to book early to ensure timely delivery. Please note that the lead time is subject to the availability of third-party transportation, which is beyond our control. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
Customers are responsible for any dry ice loss due to sublimation that occurs during transit from our factory to the delivery location. This is deemed acceptable before requesting our delivery service.
