Modes of Supply

Cylinders, Tanks & Bundles

At Ace Gases, we understand that industrial gas requirements vary greatly from customer to customer. That’s why we offer a range of packages tailored to your specific needs, based on your gas consumption, to enhance your safety and productivity.

We provide cylinder supplies for all essential gases, such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, and helium, which can be compressed into a cylinder at up to 300 bar pressure. To ensure maximum safety and reliability, we use only materials capable of withstanding these pressures.

Our portable and lightweight cylinders are made of steel or aluminum and are available in small to large volumes. We offer bundles of multiple cylinders connected with a manifold for a range of applications, including welding, cutting, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, medical, balloon, gas detection, laboratories, and others.

We also supply drum tanks, which can hold 400kg to 1500kg of product contents. Also known as tonne tanks, their size and capacity depend on the specific drum specifications and product density. They are commonly used to supply low to medium-pressure packaged gases, including ammonia, hydrogen chloride, sulfur dioxide, ethylene oxide, hydrocarbons, and refrigerants, such as R22, R134a, and R404A. Drum tanks are ideal for customers who require more gas than can be supplied via cylinders but are not enough for ISO tanks. They help minimize the need for cylinder handling during changeovers and site transport and reduce space requirements.

At Ace Gases, we take great pride in maintaining our cylinder assets, which are fully maintained, re-certified, and tested on-site at our designated facilities. We believe that regular maintenance and testing are crucial for ensuring the safety and reliability of our products.

To help you easily identify the gas content, each cylinder is labeled with appropriate information. The hazard property of the gas is also identified by the cylinder’s painted shoulder or top section.

We are committed to providing high-quality and reliable gas solutions to our customers. Contact us today to learn more about our cylinder supplies and how we can help you meet your industrial gas requirements.

Microbulk Solutions

At Ace Gases, we offer a range of solutions to meet your industrial gas requirements. Our microbulk tank solutions are an excellent choice for customers who require a more substantial supply than cylinder packages but do not need the high volume of traditional bulk gas systems.

Our microbulk tanks have a capacity of up to 7000 liters and can be filled on-site or delivered by our specialized delivery trucks. We use only top-quality materials to ensure the highest levels of safety and reliability. Our microbulk solutions are perfect for a wide range of applications, including welding, cutting, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and more.

One of the advantages of our microbulk tank solutions is the availability of telemetry systems that enable real-time remote monitoring of stock levels. This advanced technology allows us to provide uninterrupted product availability, ensuring that our customers never run out of the gases they need to keep their operations running smoothly.

At Ace Gases, we take pride in our commitment to safety, quality, and reliability. Contact us today to learn more about our microbulk tank solutions and how we can help you meet your industrial gas requirements.

Liqiud Bulk & Storage Solutions

To supply oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, and carbon dioxide, we use liquid delivery instead of gas because it takes up less storage space. Our specialized cryogenic tankers transport the liquid to vacuum-insulated bulk storage tanks, which we maintain on your premises. An automated system regulates the pressure of the stored liquid. If your process requires gas, we vaporize the liquid and send it through a supply pipe. If you need liquid, we can deliver it directly from the storage tank through a vacuum-insulated pipeline.

Our bulk delivery systems, which we can install on your site, come with many advantages. We offer robust inventory management, allowing you to monitor inventory levels remotely and schedule automatic deliveries when levels get low. Our technical engineers can also perform a process audit and suggest ways to optimize your system for maximum efficiency. Investing in a bulk delivery system can help you save money by reducing the number of deliveries you need each month. Finally, our bulk gas supply combined with industry offerings can help you improve your process’s quality, throughput, and cost-effectiveness.

On-site Gas Generation

Onsite gas generation is becoming an increasingly popular choice for industrial gas supply. Rather than relying on traditional gas delivery methods, onsite gas generation allows businesses to produce their own gases on demand, eliminating the need for storing and transporting large volumes of gas.

With onsite gas generation, a gas generator is installed at the customer’s site, where it produces the required gas through various processes such as pressure swing adsorption (PSA) or membrane technology. These generators are designed to produce a continuous stream of gas, which can be used immediately in the customer’s operations.

One of the main advantages of onsite gas generation is the ability to have complete control over the gas supply. This allows for greater flexibility and responsiveness to changes in demand. In addition, it eliminates the risk of running out of gas, as the generator can produce gas continuously.

Another benefit of onsite gas generation is that it is a more cost-effective solution for businesses. By producing gas on demand, businesses can avoid the costs associated with storing and transporting large volumes of gas and the potential losses associated with gas evaporation or leakage during transportation.

Onsite gas generation is also a more environmentally friendly option, as it reduces the carbon footprint associated with the transportation and storage of gases. Additionally, it eliminates the need for traditional gas cylinders, which can be hazardous and difficult to dispose of.

At Ace Gases, we offer a range of onsite gas generation solutions to meet the specific needs of our customers. Our technical experts work closely with each customer to design and install a custom solution that fits their requirements, providing a high-quality and reliable gas supply at all times.

Pipeline Supply

Every day, huge quantities of oxygen are needed for purposes such as steel production and petrochemical manufacturing. Nitrogen is also important in the electronics manufacturing and chemical industry, as well as for cryogenic food freezing applications and purging activities both onshore and offshore. Meanwhile, many refineries require substantial amounts of hydrogen to boost the quality of gasoline, while carbon monoxide is a key ingredient in chemical production. All of these gases are in such high demand that pipelines or networks of pipelines are used to transport them efficiently.

At Ace Gases, we offer pipeline supply as a convenient and reliable option for delivering industrial gases to our customers. Using our extensive network of pipelines, we can provide a continuous supply of gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, and argon directly to your facility. This method of delivery eliminates the need for storage tanks or cylinders, making it a cost-effective and efficient solution.

Our pipeline supply system is designed with safety and reliability as top priorities. We use state-of-the-art technology and equipment to monitor gas flow and pressure, ensuring that the delivery is consistent and uninterrupted. Our team of experienced professionals also conducts routine inspections and maintenance to prevent any potential issues or disruptions.

Pipeline supply is particularly beneficial for customers who have high gas consumption rates or require a consistent supply of gases for their processes. It is also a more environmentally friendly option as it reduces the need for transportation and storage of bulky cylinders or tanks.

At Ace Gases, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. Our pipeline supply system is just one example of our dedication to meeting your specific gas supply needs. Contact us today to learn more about how we can help optimize your industrial gas supply.
